Not only did they answer immediately, they stayed with me on the phone to troubleshoot and make sure there was no danger. They also scheduled a technician to come out first thing Monday. They arrived and did a diagnostic that showed I needed a new outlet installed. The guys did a great job, they were very nice and quick, and the price was great! Thanks!

He answered very quickly and offered reassurance over the phone before he arrived. When he arrived he was extremely professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company for future service! In fact we plan to use them for some future projects around the house that we have been planning because our experience was so positive. We recently hired Spartan Home Pros for a multi-zone mini split installation, and they did an outstanding job from start to finish. A special shoutout to the lead technician, Charles—he was incredibly diligent, meticulous, and dedicated throughout the entire installation.
Charles and the team took the time to ensure every line was run cleanly, all wiring and line-hide covers were neat, and all manufacturer clearances and specs were strictly followed. They handled a tight installation spot upstairs with total professionalism and made sure everything was done right the first time. The team left the job site completely spotless, and having the system up and running with both heating and cooling working flawlessly is an amazing upgrade for our home. If you want true craftsmanship and honest, reliable work, I highly recommend Spartan Home Pros!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. It was a pleasure to deal with Al and Christian for our electrician estimates, followed by Al and Luke for the actual work. Spartan added a new outlet in our bedroom, added a much needed light and switch in our bedroom closet, replaced a poorly functioning switch/outlet in our garage, and replaced a barely functioning outside outlet. They also recommended and replaced five switches in our kitchen and garage. If needed in the future, I would definitely use Spartan Home Pros again.

I called on Labor Day, not expecting anyone to answer. Not only did someone answer, but they were able to answer my questions immediately about fire detector issues I was having and scheduled my appointment the following day. The electricians that came into our home were knowledgeable, clean, and quiet (I was working at home and on calls while they were installing a bunch of new fire detectors). They did a great job.
