We waive the $189.99 service call when you approve a job over $1,000.

When the Problem Is Past the Panel

If the problem is somewhere inside the house, troubleshooting is added to the service call. It is priced by level, from one outlet up to problems running through the whole house. Our electrician has to see it first, then gives you the exact price before any work starts.

Buying or selling? We charge a fee to review the electrical findings in your home inspection report, and that fee is credited back if you have us do the work.

What Bigger Jobs Cost

• Electrical panel upgrade — $2,000 to $7,000
• Level 2 EV charger — $1,000 to $2,600
• Recessed lighting, four lights in one room — $1,200 to $1,600 on sheetrock ceilings, more on plaster

Anything this size gets flat-rate pricing before a single wire is touched. Our Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee covers our indoor workmanship; outdoor parts wear from weather and are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

We’ve used the Spartan team a few times now, recently Ryan came to install a new light fixture and install recessed lighting. The team is so fast. We called Monday morning and someone was to us that same afternoon. They really help to explain the lights and show us how to change the color/tone to fit the vibe of the room if we ever want to change the lights too.

my house in Keyport is just over 100 years old and had a lot of questionable work done to it over the years. attic was converted into a master suite, but the ceiling fan would shake whenever it was on, so i wasn’t able to use it. contacted Spartan to replace it. they sent out Ryan, who was very nice and informative. unfortunately, due to the poor work previously done, it turned out the box for the fan wasn’t even meant for fans or light fixtures, but only smoke detectors! the wood holding the box was not secure, either. Ryan explained the issues and said he would do his best to fix the framing and place the correct box so a fan could safely go back up. it took quite a long while, and he had to cut a hole out of the ceiling to be able to access the area above where the fan was, but ultimately managed to get everything in order and get my new fan up. luckily, he was also able to replace the sheetrock he’d removed and i just have to tape/spackle/paint, rather than replace sheetrock. all in all, worth it, because now i have a beautiful and functional fan that’s actually properly installed and safe.
