Spartan Home Pros installs and services heating and cooling across Central New Jersey. We came to it from the electrical side, which shapes how we work: the disconnect, the dedicated circuit, the contactor and the capacitor get the same attention as the refrigerant.
Work is performed under NJ HVAC License #19HC00702000, out of our Hazlet and Bridgewater offices. We pull the permits, keep the process seamless, and make sure the job gets done right.

How We Approach Heating and Cooling
We quote heating and cooling after a load calculation and a look at the duct and the electrical service. Those two things move the number more than the equipment does, which is why we will not price a system over the phone.
SIZED FOR THE HOUSE AS IT IS
Replacing three tons with three tons because that is what was there is how homes end up short-cycling and humid. We calculate rather than assume.
THE ELECTRICAL SIDE IN HOUSE
Dedicated circuits, disconnects and correctly sized feeders are done by our own licensed electricians, not handed to a subcontractor on install day.
DUCT BEFORE EQUIPMENT
Leaking or undersized duct defeats any equipment you put on it. We will tell you when duct is the actual problem.
PERMITS AND INSPECTION
Equipment replacement requires a permit and inspection in New Jersey. We file it and keep the process seamless, same as on the electrical side.
Equipment We Install
We install serviceable equipment with parts behind it. An obscure brand is cheaper to buy and expensive to own in year eight.
- Goodman — Condensers, air handlers and light commercial equipment with strong parts availability.
- Coleman — Furnaces, air handlers and rooftop equipment common in this part of New Jersey.
- Bosch — Higher-efficiency and inverter-driven equipment where running cost matters.
- Fujitsu — Single and multi-zone ductless systems with a strong low-temperature heating record.
How an HVAC Job Runs
SURVEY AND LOAD CALCULATION

We measure the house, look at the duct and check the electrical service before recommending equipment or a size.
WRITTEN OPTIONS

Equipment tier, electrical work and duct requirements laid out separately, so you can see what you are actually paying for.
INSTALLATION

Equipment, refrigerant lines, dedicated circuits and disconnects — all of it by our own crews under both licences.
COMMISSIONING AND INSPECTION

Charge, airflow and electrical draw checked under load, then the township inspection met and the permit closed.

HVAC Questions, Answered
Are you licensed for HVAC as well as electrical?
Yes. Spartan Home Pros holds NJ HVAC License #19HC00702000 alongside NJ Electrical License #34EB01810700, and carries full liability and workers compensation coverage.
Why does an electrical contractor do HVAC?
Because a large share of heating and cooling failures are electrical — capacitors, contactors, disconnects, control boards and undersized circuits. Doing both under one roof means the diagnosis does not stop at the boundary between two trades.
How much does a new system cost?
We quote after a load calculation and a look at the duct and electrical service, because those move the number more than the equipment does. You get written options rather than a figure over the phone.
Do you do repairs or only replacements?
Both, and we will tell you honestly which one your system needs. A failed capacitor on an eight-year-old condenser is a repair, not a reason to sell you a system.
Do HVAC replacements need permits?
Yes. Equipment replacement requires a permit and inspection in New Jersey townships. We file the application and keep the process seamless as part of the job.
Do you service systems you did not install?
Yes. Most of our service work is on equipment installed by someone else.
