Plaster and lath changes the job, not the answer

Modern drywall is easy to fish. Plaster over wood lath — what most pre-war New Jersey homes have — is dense, brittle, and unforgiving of guesswork. It is also completely workable by people who do it constantly. We route new wiring through basements, attics, closets and existing cavities, plan the path before cutting anything, and show you exactly where an opening has to happen before we make it. Small, deliberate openings in chosen spots beat a wall full of surprise patches.

What We Add Most Often

I had an outdoor outlet not working and I called late on a Sunday evening. Not only did they answer immediately, they stayed with me on the phone to troubleshoot and make sure there was no danger. They also scheduled a technician to come out first thing Monday. They arrived and did a diagnostic that showed I needed a new outlet installed.
